Hall Rental Agreement

Please click below to find the Hall rental agreement. Agreement must be filled, signed and submitted via e-mail to wyliemitchell30@hotmail.com to complete the booking process. 

Hall Rental Fees are as follows:

Main Hall - $600/day

Pre-Access - $200.00 (Access available at 5:00pm the day before for set-up)

Post-Access - $200.00 (Access available the day following the event until 12:00pm)

Food/Drink Allowance - $200.00 (If serving food or alcohol this fee must be applied)

Air Cadet Set-up: Minimum $100 donation and the Air Cadets will set up the tables and chairs for your event
